Preparing for a College Fair

Congratulations on starting your journey to life after high school! One of the best ways to learn what path is the right one for you is to make the most of a college and career fair. Whether you are a senior narrowing your options or a freshman just starting to research these tips will help you feel prepared and have a successful experience. 

Preparing before the Fair: 

Bring Necessary Materials:

Bring essential materials such as a notebook, pen, and folder to collect informational materials from colleges.

Consider bringing copies of your academic transcripts if you plan to discuss your qualifications with college representatives.

Research Beforehand:

Research the colleges and organizations that will be attending the fair. Familiarize yourself with their programs, majors, admission requirements, and campus culture. If you are interested in a career or military organization look into admissions requirements and career outcomes.
